
Breakfast Patties

- 4 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 pounds of ground meat (I like to use 1/2 turkey and 1/2 pork)
Instructions
- Turn oven to 450F and allow to warm up while you make the pattiess
- Combine everything into a bowl and mix up well with your hands.
- Form into patties, this recipe makes about 20 patties.
- Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 15 minutes
- Eat them warm and then save the rest for later.
- I freeze them and then reheat on a cast iron in the mornings, so easy and quick!
