If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, frustrated with your health, reactive, or unable to move forward, there is a physiological explanation.

This episode breaks down why the body gets locked into stress mode and the seven steps that help the system shift back into healing, digestion, and creativity.

The 7 Steps to Reset Your System

1. Fuel
Stabilizing blood sugar reduces cortisol spikes and supports a calmer baseline.

2. Minerals
Key minerals regulate nerve signaling, adrenal function, and the stress response. 

3. Mindset, Subconscious Patterns, and Emotions
Old beliefs and emotional loops can keep the system activated—even without external stress. 

4. Circadian Rhythm
Light exposure and sleep timing directly influence cortisol regulation and nervous system balance.

5. Natural Environment
Time in nature lowers stress physiology. Reducing environmental irritants decreases overall body load.

6. Down Time
Actual rest—moments without stimulation—helps the system shift out of constant activation.

7. Breathwork
Long exhales and physiological sighs offer rapid, reliable ways to settle the nervous system.
