
Simple Chia Pudding

- Big bowl
- Whisk
- 4 individual jars
Ingredients
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 4 cups of home made cashew milk (recipe has its own post)
- 4 cups of berries
- 2 tablespoons of collagen powder (optional but highly recommended)
Instructions
- Pour chia into a big bowl and add the milk
- Whisk well - using a whisk instead of another tool is recommended!
- Allow mixture to sit for 15 minutes, whisk it up every so often.
- Stir in berries & collagen (you could also add cacoa, bee pollen, mint, etc...)
- Pour into individual jars for the perfect snack size.
- Store in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Enjoy
- Top with any other goodies (nuts, seeds, cacao nibs, gojis….)
