Week 1: Awareness and Regulation

You can’t change your life from a dysregulated state.
We begin by slowing down your system, creating safety, and learning what your emotions are actually telling you.

Week 2: Discover Your Values Filter

You’ll map your personal values filter so you can stop chasing goals that aren’t yours and start choosing from authenticity, not fear mode.

Week 3: Determine Your Desires

You’ll identify what you truly want, why you want it, and what each desire is trying to give you — revealing what’s aligned vs. fear-driven.

Week 4: Identify Your Blocks & Clear Them

You’ll uncover the subconscious programming, emotional patterns, and old wounds keeping you stuck.
(And learn how to clear them.)

 

Week 5: Take Aligned Action

Aligned action that comes from clarity, safety, and truth. You’ll learn how to move forward in a way that actually feels good.

Week 6: Embodied Identity + Staying the Course

Here we step fully into this new identity. You’ll learn how to interpret your emotional reactions, comparison, jealousy, and triggers as information — not failure — so you can stay the course.
